Based in the UK, Sahara is a multidisciplinary sonic visionary and electronic producer, singer/songwriter, bass player, and multi-instrumentalist. She delivers electronic, ethereal, psychedelic, trip hop, world fusion beats and ancient future sounds with a hint of the Middle Eastern Persian spirit. Her music stands as a testament to her deep connection with her roots and her visionary outlook.
Her musical journey began in Tehran, where she fearlessly organized underground events in breathtaking locations. It was there that she formed her inaugural psychedelic prog rock band, Sahara said their debut album secured her a place at London’s Access to Music School but she was stopped from leaving until the UK ambassador to Iran stepped in to make it happen.
She is currently immersed in the creation of her much-anticipated EP and Music Video, titled "Rebirth of a Soul." Drawing inspiration experiences during her rebellious years in Iran and later in the US, this eagerly awaited project is scheduled to launch in the 'Entheon' Journal 2024, a global release among visionary luminaries such as Alex Grey and others. This project is poised to encapsulate the essence of Sahara's journey and artistic evolution. With this release, she aspires to lead her audience on a profound exploration of her authentic self, weaving a rich tapestry of ethnic ancient-future sounds.
